Padino

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

By using Padino, you agree to these terms, to use the app responsibly, and to respect the rights and privacy of other players, organizers, and clubs.

Using Padino

Padino provides tools for padel clubs, organizers, and players to manage tournaments, schedules, registrations, match scores, ratings, shared links, and related club activity. You are responsible for the information you enter and for making sure you have permission to add or manage player data for your club or tournament.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that happens through your account. Club owners and admins are responsible for managing their club settings, members, invitations, and access links.

Content and tournament data

You keep responsibility for names, photos, scores, rankings, registrations, messages, and other content you add to Padino. You should not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to use.

By publishing a public tournament QR view you confirm that you have the participants’ consent—or a parent’s or guardian’s consent where required—to show their full names and tournament results to anyone with the link, and that you remain responsible for that publication. Public QR views are read-only, do not grant tournament-management rights, show only names, scores, and schedule information, and can be revoked or re-issued at any time by an authorized organizer. If a participant asks to stop being shown, the organizer must revoke the link.

Padino may use automated checks to prevent some clearly abusive content from being submitted. Community members can report content and block users. Club admins and Padino may review reports, remove or restrict content, and suspend access when content violates these terms or the community rules. Automated checks and moderation do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected immediately.

Payment coordination

Padino may let organizers publish tournament payment instructions and let participants mark a payment status. Padino does not process, hold, transfer, or guarantee these payments and is not a bank or payment provider. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of any payment instructions, and participants remain responsible for verifying the recipient before paying through an external service.

Round timer audio and notifications

The round timer is optional and must be enabled by an organizer. While a round is running, Padino may keep an audio session active so spoken warnings and timer signals can play while the iPhone is locked and through the selected output, including Bluetooth. The timer does not use the microphone or record audio. Actual delivery depends on device volume, Focus and notification settings, the selected audio route, Bluetooth connectivity, and Apple system behavior. You can stop or disable the timer at any time.

Service availability

We work to keep Padino reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Cloud features may depend on Firebase, Google Cloud, Sentry, Apple services, network connectivity, and device settings.

As-is service and no warranty

Padino is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Padino and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, tournament disputes, ranking errors, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse shared links, admin invitations, registrations, or account access;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or promote harm toward another person;
  • post hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content;
  • spam, impersonate another person, or misrepresent payment or tournament information;
  • enter content that violates another person's rights, safety, or privacy;
  • use Padino for unlawful activity.

Terminating access

You may stop using Padino at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, clubs, tournaments, or shared links if needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Padino after an update means you accept the updated terms.
